.. Respondents Prayer: This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1302/Aa2/2023 dated 05.07.2023 and quash the same and 1/4

consequently direct the Respondent to promote the petitioner in the post of Middle School Headmaster in the existing vacancy in Panchayat Union Middle School, Maruvalan Chengalpattu District forthwith, prior to the date of retirement of the petitioner with all consequential and other attendant benefits and to pass orders.
