ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 26.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.7692 of 2026 that "Para 7(b) the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30.a.m.,

until further orders and no relaxation petition shall be entertained for a period of 30 days.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Para 7(b) of the Order dated 26.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.7692 of 2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders and no relaxation petition shall be entertained for a period of 30 days" is modified to the effect that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
