This petition has been filed to set aside the ex parte order dated 23.7.2021 in CRP.3315 of 2018 and thereby affording an opportunity to these petitioners to put forth their case.

2. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, that is, on the date of hearing, the parties were heard through video conference and the learned counsel for the respondents was unable to be present. Hence, this petition is ordered and the Civil Revision Petition is directed to be restored to file.
