ORDER

The present wit petition has been filed with a prayer for Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint against the 3rd respondent, as he transferred the petitioner illegally and such complaint is pending before the 2nd respondent. Therefore, the continuance of the 3rd respondent under the 2nd respondent's supervision will seriously prejudice the enquiry to be conducted based on the petitioner's complaint.

3. At this juncture, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1st and 2nd respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been forwarded to the Collector for enquiry.

4. I have given my anxious consideration to either side submissions and 2/4

also perused the materials available on record.

5. In such view of the submission, without going to the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2025 and pass order according to its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. 09.07.2025 ssi Index : Yes Speaking Order : Yes /No To:
