COMMON ORDER The writ petitions are filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' representations dated 21.07.2021 to return back the lands belonging to petitioners(share of land) in 'Sengundram Village', petitioners fair compensation to the said lands acquired under

Considering the limited relief sought for in the petitions, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petitions, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 21.07.2021 and after giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, all the writ petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.
