COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by M.S.Ramesh J.) The only ground raised in these Review Applications is that there are certain precedents of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, which were inadvertently not brought before the Co-ordinate Bench at the time when final orders were passed in the Writ Appeals.
2. We are unable to subscribe to this ground, for the simple reason that the same can only be a ground for an appeal and not to review the matter. By virtue of the principle of constructive res judicata, this ground cannot be entertained in a review application. There is also nothing on record to show that the petitioners herein had brought to the notice of the Co-ordinate Bench of any such alleged precedent. This apart, none of the grounds raised in these applications touches upon any error apparent in the face of the order.
3. In the above circumstances, we find no reasons to entertain the Review Applications and accordingly, the same stands dismissed. (M.S.RAMESH J.)
