O R D E R

This writ petition is filed to challenge the order of transfer. The said transfer order was issued in the year 2008 and the writ petitioner is continuing in the same post for the past 9 years, on account of the pendency of this writ petition.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition the writ petitioner has already been promoted to the higher post. 3.This being the factum of the case, there is no question of considering the order impugned in this writ petition. If at all any grievances exist for the writ petitioner, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority, by submitting a representation. Thus, this Court is not inclined to consider the prayer as such sought for in this writ petition, in respect of the transfer order passed against the writ petitioner in the year 2008.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
