ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners as well as the respondent. However, it is reported that the suit in O.S.No.163 of 2008 itself is disposed of by the trial Court.

2. Considering the fact that the original suit itself is disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Therefore, this Miscellaneous Petition seeking restoration of the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the Civil Revision Petition stands rejected and connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
