This application has been filed to extend the time for execution of the bond in the presence of Assistant Registrar (OS.II), High Court, Madras in respect of the Letters of Administration granted in O.P.No.756 of 2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing this application.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed and the applicants are directed to execute the bond in the presence of Assistant Registrar (OS.II), High Court, Madras in respect of the Letters of Administration granted in O.P.No.756 of 2023 within a period of two weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 18-06-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order MFA
