2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction upon the 3rd respondent to consider his representation dated 01.02.2015 for grant of patta. The petitioner would state that he has given an application on 01.02.2015, followed by a reminder dated 06.03.2015, sent by Speed Post on 06.03.2015. It is seen that the petitioner has filed this writ petition hardly within one week from the date of sending the reminder on 06.03.2015. Insofar as the first representation dated 01.02.2015, there is no acknowledgment produced or there is no proof to show that it was sent. Therefore, the prayer as sought for by the petitioner, cannot be granted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
3.However, it is open to the petitioner to pursue his application/representation before the authorities concerned. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar AP To
