ORDER

The petition has been filed to to relax the condition, directing the petitioners to stay at Puducherry and report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed in order dated 16.04.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.9534 of 2026 in Cr.No.46 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are a resident of Andhra Pradesh and till date they had complied with the condition and hence now seeks modification. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court regularly. Considering the submission made on either side and the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear and sign before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m.
