A.No.4913 of 2019 in C.S.Sr.No.78257 of 2019 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J., The plaintiffs seek leave to institute a suit against the defendants in this court.

2. The suit is one for permanent injunction restraining the defendants from publishing any defamatory materials against the plaintiffs and their business entities, for mandatory injunction directing the defendants to permanently remove the defamatory contents tarnishing the plaintiffs and their business entities from their websites and directing the defendants to publish an article stating that the allegations mentioned earlier in their website tarnishing the image of the plaintiffs are false.

3. According to the plaintiffs they are residing and carrying on business within the original jurisdiction of this court and the impugned publications have been made all over the country including the regional editions of News Papers and other publishers. Therefore, the cause of action in this suit had arisen within the jurisdiction of this court, where the plaintiffs reside and carry on business.
