Kj petition, divorce was granted in F.C.O.P.No.309 of 2012. Therefore, nothing survives in this revision petition. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
