(Ms). No.368, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (S) Department dated 18.10.1993 and G.O.(Ms.) No.103, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (D) Department dated 09.10.2014 (IN WMP.NO.17823 OF 2019) pending disposal of the writ petition NO.18508 OF 2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.ARVIND, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.KARTHIGA ASHOK, ADVOCATE on behalf of the 1 TO 4 Respondents the court made the following order:- Granting the relief sought for in these petitions would amount to granting the relief sought for in the main writ petition.
