(Made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN., J.) Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the second respondent. Issuance of notice to the respondents 1, 3 and 4 is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner claims to have filed an appeal under SARFAESI Act before the jurisdictional Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT). All that the petitioner wants is the said appeal should be numbered.

3. If the papers are otherwise in order and the defects found out by the Registry are also rectified, the petition mentioned SARFAESI appeal shall be numbered and taken up for admission. 2/4
