(CRIME NO.866/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in para 6(b) the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily morning at 10.3o a.m., and until further orders of the order dated 26/07/2021 passed in Crl.O.P.no.12574 of 2021 in Crime No. 866 of 2021 by the Hon'ble Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAMDASS, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 26.07.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 26.07.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioners should appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30.a.m. till the filing of charge sheet and thereafter on every hearing date.
