The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had received the order dated 13.02.2015, served through Speed Post on 09.03.2015 and therefore, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the said order.

2. In view of the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 13.02.2015. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
