The petitioner herein filed this petition to call for the records pertaining to the CC.32/2022 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court Special Court for trial of land Grabbing Cases Incharge Coimbatore so as to quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. Further the liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the Trial Court. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Cost.
