Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ, order or direction, particularly in the nature of a writ certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the respondent herein dated 07.04.2010 in reference No.Mu.Mu.7269/2010/U2, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to enhance the rate of admission for the first class in the theater concerned from Rs.20.00 to Rs.25.00.

ORDER
