ORDER
This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the Court below.
2. The case is posted today to report compliance. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner did not comply with the condition and he has taken the bundle from the counsel.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, due to the non-compliance of the condition, the interim bail granted by this Court is cancelled and the respondent police is directed to immediately secure the petitioner and confine him to the prison. It is open to the petitioner to comply with the condition in future and thereafter come out on bail.
