This petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, in

Crl.M.P.No.3911 of 2023 dated 03.06.2023, to deposit Rs.50,000/- as non refundable deposit to the credit of the District Legal Services Authority,

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner was granted bail in Crl.M.P.No.3911 of 2023 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore. While granting bail, a condition was imposed directing the petitioner to deposit Rs.50,000/- as non refundable deposit to the credit of the District Legal Services Authority, Cuddalore. The petitioner is not able to mobilize Rs.50,000/- and thus, seeks modification of the said condition. 3.

In the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to modify the above said condition.

Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3911 of 2023 dated 03.06.2023, i.e., the Petitioner/Accused is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the District Legal Services Authority, Cuddalore, is hereby modified as follows:- "the Petitioner/Accused is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as non

refundable deposit to the credit of the District Legal Services Authority, Cuddalore,"

The other conditions shall remain intact.
