ORDER

This Court, by order dated 14.11.2025, while dismissing CRP Nos. 2721, 2724, 2742 and 2743 of 2024, directed the learned Additional Sub Judge, Dharmapuri to dispose of the application in I.A.No.274 of 2012, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. The learned Additional Sub Judge, Dharmapuri has now prayed for extension of time by three months citing the pendency of certain interlocutory applications.

3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to extend the time by further three months to dispose of the I.A.No.274 of 2012. However, it is noted that this Court in its earlier order dated 19.01.2026, directed the learned Additional Sub Judge, Dharmapuri to forward fortnightly reports to the Registry of this Court on the progress of the final decree application. The learned

Additional Sub Judge, Dharmapuri is directed to comply with the said direction during the extended period also.
