Poongothai Ammal v. Senguttuvan

C.M.P.Nos.14726 of 2021 & 172 of 2009 C.M.P.Nos.14726 of 2021 & 172 of 2009 in S.A.No.1524 of 2004 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.14726 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents as the legal heirs of deceased Vijayan S/o.Late Elangovan and rank them as respondents 8 and 9 in the above Second Appeal.

2. C.M.P.No.172 of 2009 has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents as the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent and rank them as respondents 6 to 9 in the above Second Appeal.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the affidavit of proof of service has been filed on behalf of the petitioner. He further submitted that notice has been served on the legal heirs of the deceased Vijayan and no one appeared on behalf of the proposed respondents.

7. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, in C.M.P.Nos.14726 of 2021 & 172 of 2009 are ordered.

9. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in S.A.No.1524 of 2004 within a week. After carrying out the amendments, issue notice to the proposed respondents returnable in one week. Private notice is also permitted
