A.No.2899 of 2022 in A.No.1585 of 2021 in C.S.No.151 of 2021 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J This application is presented by the plaintiff to amend the details of the SRO in the schedule of the property in the Judge's summons in A.No.1585 of 2021.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the amendment is necessitated by the bifurcation of the district and the consequential changes as regards the jurisdictional SRO.

3. The respondents have no objection to this application being allowed.

4. On examining the affidavit in support of this application and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, this application is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the plaintiff is permitted to carry out the amendment in the schedule to the Judge's summons on or before 01.08.2022 and serve a copy of the amended application on the respondents within a week thereafter. List A.No.1585 of 2021 on 08.08.2022.
