Prayer : Writ petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the advertisement published by the third respondent in Dinamalar dated 18.11.2014, and quash the same, in so far as for filling up the post of B.T.Assistant (Tamil), and direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as B.T.Assistant (Tamil) and confer all the consequential benefits to the petitioner and pass orders.
