This criminal Original petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the proceedings in S.T.C. No.21 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thirupathur. 1/3

2. When the matter was called on 16.08.2024, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. Even on 21.08.2024, 30.08.2024 and 11.09.2024, the petitioner did not appear before this Court. The case was posted under the caption 'for dismissal' and even today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the criminal original petition is dismissed for 'nonprosecution'. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
