O R D E R
It is brought to the notice of this Court by Ms.Ranjana Jain, learned counsel appearing for the Resolution Professional /respondents that since there is a Moratorium order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Bangalore under Section 14 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, the question of dispossessing the petitioner does not arise.
2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the said statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent on instructions from the Resolution Professional appointed for the respondent Company may be recorded and this application can be disposed off.
3. After recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent (Resolution Professional), this application is disposed as the apprehension of the applicant as raised in this application not those for the present in view of the Moratorium order. If at all the applicant is having any further grievance, the applicant's remedy is to approach the National Company Law Tribunal, Bangalore for redressal of his grievance as the National Company Law Tribunal, Bangalore is seized of the matter. No costs.
