ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to revoke/cancel the tender awarded in favour of the fifth respondent for collection of toll fee for bus entering in the third respondent Appavoo Pillai Bus Stand at Hosur Municipality limits for the year 2014-2017 and conduct re-auction for the same

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that, the tender period for collecting toll fee is already over and hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 20.12.2022 mst 2/4
