The petitioner is presently working as Noon Meal Organizer in the Panchayat Union Elementary School, Vayalur. The petitioner has to travel about seven Kilometers every day. Since he is suffering from knee pain and experiencing related difficulties, the petitioner submitted an application for transfer to a nearby Institution at Pondhur. Since the application dated 17.02.2014 was not considered by the respondent, the petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition.

2. The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner dated 17.02.2014 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
