(Order of this Court was made by S.Manikumar, J.) Petitioner has sought for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents not to put up any garbage dumping yard in the earmarked park area which is situated in Sivapatham Nagar https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

approved Layout in T.S.No.40/5J4, Ward D, Block 4 at Arakkonam town and to consequently, direct the respondents to preserve the land as park.

2. When attention of Mr.R.Ezhilarasan, learned counsel for the petitioner was invited to the averments and when the Court observed that they are not only vague, but bereft of details that a garbage dumping yard is proposed to be established in a park, and that the averments do not satisfy the requirements of a public interest writ petition, Mr.R.Ezhilarasan, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made and endorsement to that effect.

3. Placing on record the above, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
