Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ or order or direction directing the first respondent and second respondents to conduct a discreet enquiry based on my representation dated 18.10.2020 with regard to the act of 6th respondent releasing the accused without registering FIR who was arrested by the Neravy Police for carrying commercial quantity of Cannabis and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
