Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent relating to (1) Pro.No.DC.4/51120/2001 dated 27.11.2002 and (2) Memo No.PT1/64351/2001 dated 30.11.2002, quash the first order dated 27.11.2002 in its entirely and quash the order dated 30.11.2002 to the limited extent of conditions attached to retirement and issue consequential directions to the second respondent to quash the same and to disburse the retirement benefits with interest on the delayed payment.
