By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated dated 03.05.2024. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

It is the case of the petitioner that the land was originally assigned to the petitioner's grandfather under the depressed class. However, now other people have encroached upon the land. The grievance of the petitioner is that as far as Survey Nos.261/3 and 261/4 are concerned, already orders have been passed by the third respondent in pursuant to the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.21857 of 2022 dated 19.12.2023. 2/5

However, in respect of Survey Nos.261/5 and 261/6, the petitioner has given a representation and the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, he seeks a direction.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.05.2024, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
