CMP No.28031 of 2025 has been filed to being the respondents 3 to 5 on record as LRs of the 1st respondent and rank them as R4 to R6 in the second appeal. Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Counsel takes notice for respondents 1 and 2.

Mr.M.Velmurugan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 3 to 5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Being satisfied with reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the respective petitions, the civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed.
