It is brought to my notice that as per the earlier order dated 21.04.2025 passed by my predecessor, the petition filed by the petitioner seeking to accept the cause title was dismissed and the main second appeal was rejected in SR stage. The instant applications, to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased 1st respondent, were filed by petitioner without filing any application to set aside the order rejecting the main SA.Sr. Since the main second appeal has been rejected in SR stage, the instant applications are not maintainable without restoring second appeal. Therefore, the order dated 10.06.2026 is recalled and the CMP's are dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application seeking to set aside the order rejecting the main second appeal and also to bring on record the LR's of the deceased 1st respondent in terms of liberty granted in earlier order dated 21.04.2025.
