ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the 2nd and 3rd respondents from harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, and thereby interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and 5th respondent herein related to the landlord and tenant dispute.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 on instructions submitted that presently Section 145 proceedings have been initiated and it is being conducted by the 1st respondent.

3.In view of the above, it is necessary for the parties to appear and co-operate during the proceedings conducted by the 1st respondent. Since the proceedings have been referred under Section 145 of Cr.P.C., there is no question of the respondent police harassing the petitioner.
