ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. Admittedly, the petitioners' licence period had already expired. They have no locus standi to challenge the impugned tender notification. The petitioners can very well participate in the impugned tender process.

3. I do not find any merit in these writ petitions. The writ petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
