This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23168 of 2022 on 23.09.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation is completed and charge sheet filed in C.C.No.311 of 2023 before the Special Court for POCSO, Chennai.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, petitioner is directed to report before the trial court on all hearing dates without fail.
