Common Prayer: Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating proceedings of the 2nd respondent in F.SRo/NCTE/2009-2010/14032 dated 12.6.2009 and quash the same as illegal and against the norms and standards prescribed by the respondent.

For Petitioners : Mr.V.Vijay Anand For Respondents : Mr.K.Ramakrishna Reddy COMMON ORDER The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking Certiorari calling for the records relating proceedings of the 2nd respondent in F.SRo/NCTE/2009-2010/14032 dated 12.6.2009 and quash the same as illegal and against the norms and standards prescribed by the respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in these writ petitions have become infructuous in view of the new regulations introduced with regard to the NCTE recognition. 3.In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication. Therefore, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
