J U D G M E N T
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 03.07.2013, passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, in unnumbered petition in IA.SR.No.9002/2012 in A.S.No.22 of 2009.
From the records, it is clear that the first respondent herein has filed a suit in O.S.No.3267 of 1997, before 1/3
the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur, for permanent injunction restraining the defendants from interfering into the peaceful possession of the plaintiff in the suit property and the same was dismissed. Thereafter, he has preferred an appeal in A.S.No.22 of 2009, before the learned Court of District Judge, Tambaram. During the pendency of AS.No.22 of 2009, the revision petitioner has filed IA.SR.No.9002 of 2012, to implead her as legal representative of the deceased/ first respondent in A.S.No.22 of 2009 and the same was dismissed on 03.07.2013, by the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition. On a perusal of the docket order of this Court, it is clear that when the matter was called on 09.12.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was posted to 12.12.2019. Even today (13.12.2019), when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
