(Order of the Court was delivered by V.M.VELUMANI,J) C.M.P.Nos.12917, 12933 and 12936 of 2020 have been filed to condone the delay of 311 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st appellant viz., Nagaraj; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st appellant; to bring on record the petitioners 3 to 5 as legal heirs of the deceased 1st appellant in the above First Appeal. 2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of C.M.P.No.12917 of 2020, C.M.P.No.12917 of 2020 is ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.12917 of 2020, C.M.P.Nos.12933 & 12936 of 2020 are also ordered.

3.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in A.S.No.179 of 2016 and list the First Appeal next week.
