O R D E R
The petitioner challenges the order dated 04.03.2015 on the file of third respondent, whereby and whereunder he was transferred from Sholavaram Police Station to Villupuram.
2. When the writ petition came up for consideration on 11.03.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not insisting the prayer and he would be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to consider his representation to post him somewhere near to his residence in the district of Tiruvallur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner along with three others were transferred on account of their involvement in certain acts relating to illegal sand quarry.
4. The petitioner is directed to join at the transferred place within two days from today. The petitioner is given liberty to submit a representation to the second respondent to redress his grievance. In case, any such representation is given, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the second respondent within a period of three months thereafter. It is made clear that the representation should be considered by the second respondent only in case the petitioner joins at the transferred place within two days from today.
