2. In the counter filed by the second respondent, it is stated that the closure report dated 17.03.2020 was communicated to the petitioner's counsel https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.No.1072 of 2020 on 20.03.2020. Further, it is stated that after disposal of Crl.OP.No.3658 of 2020 again closure report was sent to the petitioner by RPAD on 08.01.2021 and 11.02.2021. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.
