This Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to raise all his objections in the manner known to law and in case, if any appeal is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time, the authority concerned shall dispose of the same within a period of two months from the date of filing of such appeal.
