At the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this matter has been posted before this Court under the caption "for being mentioned".
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16944 of 2019 on 08.07.2019 on condition to deposit Rs.8,00,000/- and also directing the learned Magistrate to deposit the same in any one of the nationalised banks for recurring deposit. He further submitted that the said court has no practice to deposit for recurring deposit. Therefore, the same may be directed as fixed deposit.
3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is made clear that in the sub-clause (a) of the eighth paragraph in Crl.O.P.No.16944 of 2019 dated 08.07.2019, the word "recurring" shall read as "fixed".
4. The Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy in Crl.O.P.No.16944 of 2019 dated 08.07.2019 after making the above correction.
