ORDER

Heard Mr.M.Rajasekhar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner ; and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondent and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent/Tahsildar, Uthiramerur Taluk, to consider his representation dated 16.02.2015 for grant of patta. The said representation is pending before the respondent and has been acknowledged on 16.02.2015.

3.In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioner's contentions, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and to all other persons who are likely to be aggrieved, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
