This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to grant police protection to the petitioner and his family members.

2.This writ petition has been filed in the year 2014 and at this length of time, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court.

3.The Writ Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to revive the relief of police protection, if and when there is any threat perspective from the rival parties. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
