Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent herein to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner herein dated 20.02.2015 forthwith.

Heard M/s.Vinu Priyanka, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner ; and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and

with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2.Since the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself, notice to the respondents 4 to 8 is dispense with as the allegations made by the petitioner as against them are not gone into and it is left open to the official respondents to consider the same. 3.The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2015. In the said representation, the petitioner has requested the 3rd respondent, viz., the Village Administrative Officer, to give details of all the properties which were owned by their forefathers. From the perusal of the representation, it is seen that the petitioner has not specified the survey numbers of the properties, the village and has not furnished any other relevant particulars so as to enable the authority to consider the same.

4.Learned Special Government Pleader on instructions, submitted that if the petitioner furnishes basic details, then the officials will verify the revenue records and inform the petitioner about the properties and the holding.

5.In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent with all relevant details regarding the properties in question and if the same is furnished, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law.
