This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners while granting anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.9426 of 2023 vide order dated 05.06.2023.

2. This Court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.9426 of 2023 vide order dated 05.06.2023, had imposed the following conditions among other conditions:- i) Execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties ...

ii) Report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that 1st petitioner is working in a IT company and the 2nd petitioner is a college student and they were unable to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the above conditions are modified as under:- i) Execute separate bond each for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum... ii) Report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

Time for furnishing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
