ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the trial Court which dismissed the application filed by the http://www.judis.nic.in petitioners for rejection of original application on the ground that the

pam trial Court does not have jurisdiction to decide the matter since the subject mosque is situated at Tiruchirappalli. According to her, subsequent to the filing of the Civil Revision Petition, the Wakf Tribunal has been constituted and is now located at Chennai. The said Wakf Tribunal has jurisdiction over entire Tamil Nadu. According to her, the present, Civil Revision Petition has now become infructuous in view of the constitution of the Wakf Tribunal at Chennai. 2.It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the original application was transferred from the file of the I Assistant Judge, City Civil Court at Chennai to the Wakf Tribunal on 05.12.2018.

3.The submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners is hereby recorded and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
